729design.com brings unsurpassed customer service, project communication throughout every stage and 40 years of combined experience in the fields of design, production, copywriting, marketing and branding to each design project we work on. We help businesses define their communication challenges and solve their communication and marketing problems to create effective, powerful visual designs. We listen and respond to your needs and utilize a clearly defined series of steps through every project.

The design process
Every design project we manage follows the same four-step process: Exploration, Design, Production and Delivery. This clearly defined and approachable method of project management has been used throughout our careers in large design studios and brand agencies and has proven to be an effective organizational method that allows us to explain and educate our clients about the process of visual design. By following these steps, regardless of the scale of work, we ensure that the best design solution possible is agreed upon and delivered.

Customer service and fair pricing
Our commitment to customer service, focus on small- to medium-sized businesses and reasonable pricing is what sets us apart from the big design studios and ad agencies. We bring 40 years of agency experience to each project we manage, but offer rates far less than our competitors. We adhere to the guidelines and practices laid out by the Society of Graphic Designers of Canada (SGDC) in all aspects of our business including quotations, scheduling, billing, "comp" or "spec" designs, etc. Billing is done per SGDC guidelines: one-third upon hire, one-third upon concept approval and the final third when the job is delivered.

729design.com is a home-based design studio owned by husband and wife team, David and Anita Janik-Jones. We are a creative partnership with more than 40 years combined experience in the fields of design, production, copywriting, marketing and branding. We enjoy working with small- to medium-sized, entrepreneurial businesses who require quality design services on a budget.
